We have used River Breeze several times for routine maintenance of our HVAC systems as well as plumbing repairs. Each time Tom, his service staff, and office employees, have responded quickly and taken care of the problems. They have a wide range of knowledge regarding various heating systems, hot water tanks and digital thermostat installation. Everyone at River Breeze has always been friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Right before the storm ( of course), during the coldest weather, the house could not get warm (50 degrees inside). The gentleman From Cool Breeze came out with in an hour and fixed it. I am so thankful for you guys.

River Breezes replaced a corroding pipe that was leaking in my basement in two places. The pipe ran along a brick wall, through wood paneling on the outside bathroom wall, along brick and a thin layered decorative panel on the inside bathroom wall and connected to a radiator. The leak was at the bottom of the wood paneling outside the bathroom, and on the wall and woodwork near the radiator inside the bathroom. I trusted River Breezes to fix the problem because they installed a Burnham gas boiler almost three years ago when I converted from oil to gas heat. I knew they were experienced on how the boiler works with the radiators. I admired the care and professionalism they displayed then and felt confident in their work. Steve was exceptional explaining what needed to be done, explaining the cost and preserving the wood paneling without me asking. I was also impressed with how well they cleaned up. He had a trainee who's name I forgot but he was very smart, mannerly and able to answer my questions too. They were a great team, friendly and professional and I am very thankful for the work they performed.

I recently had a fall maintenance check on HVAC system. Very pleased with the extremely thorough job that was done. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I've been using River Breeze Services for 3 years from installing a new furnace to yearly maintenance spring and fall and always very satisfied with the service I receive.

These guys just fixed our boiler. They are the best. They were straight with the repairs and were attentive and easy to work with. They were also careful with our cats. If you have any pets, you don't need to worry.
Mathew in particular was very nice to work with.
